The G8/G9 Combined Grade Level in the Abitur

Our high school seniors were well prepared as they sat for their written exams, which began on March 7, 2014, with English.

This year’s record number of 121 high school seniors taking the Abitur is due to the unique circumstance that the dual cohort of G8/G9 students has reached the Abitur. And things got off to a great start: All students in the class were admitted to the exams, and they can all count on the support of their families and friends—a fact that is widely documented on campus.
