In its publications (letters to parents, information brochures, Internet) the school frequently uses pictures from school life, school events and lessons. We would like to ask for permission, to use pictures that show your son/ your daughter. In case of highlighted representations or uses (for example: titles of brochures) we compulsorily ask the individual child for permission. The school expressly commits not to pass on pictures taken in the school area.

With the first enrollment at a Hessian school, a student file is created for each student. In this file, first, the data printed on the master data sheet are recorded and gradually, as the school career progresses, further data such as the class attendances, school achievements and the degrees obtained are added. The data management takes place both in electronic form in the teacher and student database (LUSD) as well as in the form of a supplementary student file in paper form.When changing schools, the student file and rights to access the data are transferred to the receiving school. Basis for the data collection and further data processing are §83 of the Hessian school law in the version of June 14th 2005 (GVBI. I S. 441), last amended by law of May 22nd 2014 (GVBI. S. 134) and the regulation on the processing of personal data in schools and statistical surveys in schools of February 4th 2009, last amended by regulation of March 19th 2013 (ABI. S. 222). The above regulation also provides an overview of what data may be kept at school and how long it must be kept. You have the right to see the data and the student file upon request. In such cases, please apply to the school administration.
