A Contemplative End-of-Year Celebration for the Faculty

On the second-to-last day of school before the Christmas break, the faculty traditionally holds its Christmas party. And many, many people attended. In addition to the current teachers, alumni and—to our delight—a large number of colleagues from the non-teaching staff also participated, helping to create a festive atmosphere. A strong contingent of former principals was represented by Mr. Teichler, Mr. Müller, Ms. Kettner, and Mr. Jöllenbeck. In their speeches, Principals Gemmer and Holly addressed the largely positive current situation and thanked the dedicated staff.

Mr. Teichler, principal from 1981 to 1991, led the tribute to the colleagues who had passed away in recent months: Ms. Györkös, Ms. Kustosch, Mr. Schade, and Mr. Györkös. Each of them had made valuable contributions to Steinmühle in their own way and helped the school thrive.
