Horse Care Specialist (m/f/d), preferably full-time

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll take care of our horses reliably and with a strong sense of responsibility—from feeding to daily care
- You’ll actively help with stable duties and take the horses out to the paddocks and back again
- You will help provide medical care and support for our horses
- You will assist with our daily riding operations and—depending on your qualifications and experience—also provide riding lessons and train horses.
- Together with our team, you’ll help ensure that the riding arenas, indoor arena, paddocks, and other facilities are well-maintained and in good condition
- We’d also appreciate your help when working with our farm equipment, such as tractors and farm loaders.
Here’s what we’d like from you
- A completed or partially completed apprenticeship as a horse management specialist, ideally with a focus on horse care and services, or a comparable qualification
- People changing careers who have experience working with horses are warmly welcome
- Enjoyment of working with horses and people
- Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- A friendly and service-oriented demeanor
- A willingness to take on responsibility and to be a good role model when interacting with horses and people
- A Class B driver’s license—preferred, but not required
