Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve recherche sur la mani\u00e8re de pr\u00e9parer ces insectes, nous les avons achet\u00e9s en ligne. Pour la pr\u00e9paration, nous avons opt\u00e9 pour la recette au s\u00e9same et au piment, avec une cuisson \u00e0 la po\u00eale \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive ; cette variante nous a sembl\u00e9 simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser tout en \u00e9tant prometteuse en termes de saveur. Le grand moment ne s\u2019est pas fait attendre. Au d\u00e9but, il nous a certes fallu un peu de courage. Mais sans trop r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 croqu\u00e9 dans une sauterelle. La surprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 grande. Le go\u00fbt oscillait entre celui des chips et celui du poulet, le tout enrob\u00e9 d\u2019une peau croustillante. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience culinaire \u00e9tait r\u00e9ussie. Nous avons ensuite mang\u00e9 une pizza, \u00e9galement avec la variante \u00ab sauterelle \u00bb.
