Generalidades<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Steinm\u00fchle es un colegio de gesti\u00f3n privada reconocido por el Estado. La entidad responsable es Steinm\u00fchle Marburg e.V., Steinm\u00fchlenweg 21, 35043 Marburg, representada por la junta directiva formada por Egon Vaupel y Gerhard M\u00fcller (VR 730, inscrita en el Juzgado de Primera Instancia de Marburg).<br \/>\n<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Contrato de escolarizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La admisi\u00f3n de alumnos y alumnas en el Instituto Internacional Steinm\u00fchle puede llevarse a cabo si los padres u otros representantes legales env\u00edan por escrito una solicitud de admisi\u00f3n a la direcci\u00f3n del centro. La direcci\u00f3n del centro es la que decide sobre la admisi\u00f3n.<br \/>\n<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Condiciones del contrato<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las partes pueden rescindir el contrato de forma ordinaria con un plazo de preaviso de tres meses, con efecto a partir del 31 de julio. Fecha l\u00edmite para recibir la notificaci\u00f3n de rescisi\u00f3n: a m\u00e1s tardar el 30 de abril.  <\/li>\n<li>Si un alumno o una alumna abandona el centro sin respetar el plazo de preaviso indicado, el derecho al pago de la cuota escolar adeudada seguir\u00e1 vigente hasta que finalice el plazo establecido en el contrato.<\/li>\n<li>Las normas anteriores se aplican sin perjuicio del derecho de ambas partes a rescindir de forma extraordinaria la relaci\u00f3n contractual por causa justificada. Un motivo de peso puede ser, por ejemplo, el incumplimiento reiterado del reglamento del colegio. Si hay que rescindir el contrato de forma extraordinaria por motivos relacionados con el comportamiento del alumno o la alumna, el derecho al pago de la matr\u00edcula no se extingue hasta el momento en que la relaci\u00f3n contractual hubiera finalizado si se hubieran respetado los plazos de preaviso establecidos en el contrato.  <\/li>\n<li>Si un alumno o una alumna se ve obligado\/a, seg\u00fan las normas vigentes en materia de educaci\u00f3n, a abandonar el centro durante el curso escolar, la relaci\u00f3n contractual se dar\u00e1 por terminada al final del mes en el que se constate y se haga p\u00fablico de forma legalmente vinculante que ya no es posible seguir asistiendo al centro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>4. Condiciones escolares<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las condiciones escolares se rigen por los art\u00edculos de la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n de Hesse aplicables a los centros educativos alternativos reconocidos por el Estado y por los reglamentos correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>Para poder matricularte en el Instituto Internacional Steinm\u00fchle, tienes que cumplir los requisitos legales de admisi\u00f3n. La admisi\u00f3n es provisional hasta que se presente el certificado de vacunaci\u00f3n contra la sarampi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>5. Cuotas escolares<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para asistir al Instituto Internacional Steinm\u00fchle hay que pagar una cuota de matriculaci\u00f3n \u00fanica (que no se aplica a los alumnos y alumnas de la Escuela Primaria Biling\u00fce Steinm\u00fchle), una cuota escolar y una cuota de comedor (obligatoria para los cursos 5.\u00ba y 6.\u00ba). Puedes consultar las tasas escolares actuales en nuestra p\u00e1gina web: www.steinmuehle.de\/service. <\/li>\n<li>La matr\u00edcula y la cuota de comedor son cantidades mensuales que hay que pagar por adelantado a principios de cada mes. El curso escolar empieza el 1 de agosto y termina el 31 de julio del a\u00f1o siguiente. <\/li>\n<li>Las facturas se emiten en dos partes: 5 doceavas partes de la cuota anual el 1 de agosto y 7 doceavas partes de la cuota anual el 1 de enero. Los pagos mensuales se realizan mediante domiciliaci\u00f3n bancaria o transferencia. <\/li>\n<li>Si la otra parte del contrato se retrasa en el pago de los gastos escolares en una cantidad que alcance o supere dos cuotas mensuales, el colegio tiene derecho a rescindir el contrato sin previo aviso. Incluso en este caso, hay que pagar la cuota acordada hasta la fecha de finalizaci\u00f3n prevista del contrato. <\/li>\n<li>El colegio tiene derecho a ajustar la matr\u00edcula y la cuota de comedor al aumento de los costes.
