{"id":47352,"date":"2019-09-23T13:00:11","date_gmt":"2019-09-23T11:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.steinmuehle.de\/blog\/2019\/09\/23\/high-school-students-in-the-advanced-art-class-design-a-poster-for-the-marburg-city-library\/"},"modified":"2026-06-18T15:36:23","modified_gmt":"2026-06-18T13:36:23","slug":"high-school-students-in-the-advanced-art-class-design-a-poster-for-the-marburg-city-library","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/steinmuehle.de\/en\/blog\/2019\/09\/23\/high-school-students-in-the-advanced-art-class-design-a-poster-for-the-marburg-city-library\/","title":{"rendered":"High school students in the advanced art class design a poster for the Marburg City Library"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lea Zessin and Natalia Bieker, 13th-grade students in the advanced art class, designed a poster for the Marburg City Library as part of their art class. \u201cHeike Rothmann, the city library\u2019s coordinator for school partnerships, had asked Steinm\u00fchle if we could design and produce an informative promotional poster for the city library on the topic of \u2018Literature for Abitur Preparation,\u2019\u201d reported art teacher Ines Vielhaben. <\/p>\n<p>When visual media design was covered in art class, the two students met with their teacher on location to develop visual ideas for the poster during an extensive photo shoot. Lea and Natalia became so proficient with the photo-editing program Photoshop that their results were very successful. <\/p>\n<p>The two posters were presented at the city library in August.
