You bet! Everyone could see for themselves at the sports day at the Steinm\u00fchle boathouse. Because rowing is the athletic focus for 7th grade, the four classes\u20147a, 7b, 7c, and 7i\u2014once again organized the Steinm\u00fchle rowing event this year.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"default-style\">As reported by sports and rowing instructor Michael Neirich, the students competed in a triathlon\u2014consisting of the following disciplines\u2014in a very positive atmosphere and with great athletic dedication:<br \/>\n&#8211; &#8220;200-meter Rowing Ergometer Challenge&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211; \u201cMonte Carlo\u201d rowing rally in a four-person gig (three gig boats per class row a total time over a distance of 500m)<br \/>\n&#8211; \u201cIndividual run around the boathouse\u201d (Each class entered five runners.
