A call from Steinm\u00fchlen teachers Ines Vielhaben and Antje Seel to participate in the \u201cStadtradeln\u201d competition: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Dear students, dear parents, dear faculty, and dear boarding school staff,
\nwe would like to invite you to participate in the 2025 City Cycling Challenge. From May 24, 2025, through June 13, 2025, we at Steinm\u00fchle can compete to become the most bike-friendly school in Marburg. Over the past three years, we\u2019ve already achieved a fantastic second-place finish\u2014now let\u2019s work together to take it up a notch!
\nThe Steinm\u00fchle is idyllically situated just off the Planetenweg and is accessible by bike. Many of you already bike here regularly during the warmer months. But during the campaign period, every kilometer counts\u2014whether it\u2019s on your way to school, a post-work ride, or a weekend tour. Just log all your rides at
\nusing the STADTRADELN app and help us rack up kilometers for our team! <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The university town of Marburg is presenting the following awards:<\/strong><\/div>\n
– The school that cycled the most kilometers overall,
\n– The school that cycled the most kilometers per participant (average),
\n– The school that was able to motivate the most students to participate.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
From Steinm\u00fchle:<\/strong><\/div>\n
– The class that cycles the farthest will win a special field trip to Seepark Niederweimar, including admission:
\n– The participant who cycles the most kilometers will receive a \u20ac20 Marburg gift certificate:
\n– We\u2019ll raffle off five \u20ac10 Marburg gift cards
\namong all participants who have cycled more than 300 km.<\/div>\n

City Cycling is a great opportunity to promote sustainable mobility, daily physical activity, and climate protection\u2014and it\u2019s twice as much fun when we do it together!<\/div>\n

New this year:<\/strong><\/div>\n
On May 25, 2025, a big kickoff event will take place from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.\u2014you can find all the details in the attached flyer.
\nThe Steinm\u00fchle is already registered, and a Steinm\u00fchle team called \u201cSteinm\u00fchle Marburg School and Boarding School\u201d has signed up. Anyone interested can register for the competition via the following link, join the Steinm\u00fchle team, and start cycling: <\/div>\n

Here’s how registration works:<\/strong><\/div>\n
1. Open the link
\n2. Enter your user information
\n3. Select the state of Hesse
\n4. Municipality: Select Marburg in the Marburg-Biedenkopf district
\n5. Click \u201cContinue\u201d and, in the next step, select \u201cJoin an existing team\u201d
\n6. All previously registered teams
\nand school teams will then appear in the \u201cTeam Name\u201d dropdown menu. Select the \u201cSteinm\u00fchle Marburg\u201d school team
\n8. Confirm the privacy policy and rules of the game <\/div>\n
