The three participants in the 58th Reading Aloud Competition, organized annually by the German Publishers and Booksellers Association, demonstrated that some people are particularly skilled at this. First, one class winner is selected from each 6th-grade class, and that student then has the chance to advance to the national reading competition finals. <\/p>\n
The three class winners, Paula Auschill (6a), Ellen Hilt (6b), and Emilia Ouaissa (6c), demonstrated their reading talent in front of their classmates on December 8, 2016, during the Steinm\u00fchle school competition by reading a passage from a book of their own choosing and then a text they hadn\u2019t seen before. Paula Auschill was named the winner by the jury, which consisted of students and teachers. She will now advance to the next round\u2014the city-wide competition.
