Alongside this year\u2019s Information Day on June 25\u2014during which the boarding school and school administration advised prospective students about the boarding school\u2014the boarding school community competed against one another in mixed small groups as part of the Steinm\u00fchlen Olympics. The competitions required skill, knowledge, athleticism, and a little bit of luck. There was plenty to do at every station, so everyone could showcase their individual strengths. In the obstacle course, the goal-wall shooting, the tea bag toss, the bottle cap catapult, the classic \u201cRuck Zuck,\u201d and the digital game \u201cWhere Is the Place?,\u201d the groups had to work together cooperatively to find solutions. During the final box-climbing challenge, the groups were able to rack up a good number of points once again. After the points were tallied and the excitement over the rankings grew, the evening could begin. The awards ceremony took place during the group barbecue that evening. With pleasant weather, we wrapped up the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n
