General Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Steinm\u00fchle is a state-recognized, privately operated school. The school is operated by Steinm\u00fchle Marburg e.V., Steinm\u00fchlenweg 21, 35043 Marburg\u2014represented by the board of directors, Egon Vaupel and Gerhard M\u00fcller (VR 730\u2014registered with the Marburg Local Court).<br \/>\n<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Enrollment Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students may be admitted to Steinm\u00fchle High School if their parents or other legal guardians submit written applications for admission to the school administration. The school administration decides on admission.<br \/>\n<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The school contract becomes effective upon receipt of the confirmation of enrollment and the SEPA direct debit authorization.<\/li>\n<li>If you withdraw from the contract for a school spot in 5th grade for the upcoming school year after March 1, we will charge a processing fee equal to the enrollment fee.<\/li>\n<li>The parties may terminate the contract for cause with three months&#8217; notice, effective January 31 or July 31. Notice of termination must be received no later than October 31 or April 30, respectively.    <\/li>\n<li>If a student leaves the school without observing the specified notice period, the school\u2019s right to payment of the outstanding tuition remains unaffected until the end of the contractual term.<\/li>\n<li>The foregoing rules apply without prejudice to the mutual right to terminate the contractual relationship for good cause. Good cause may include, for example, repeated violations of the school rules. If extraordinary termination is necessary due to a student\u2019s conduct, the entitlement to payment of tuition fees shall not cease until the date on which the contractual relationship would have ended had the contractual notice periods been observed.  <\/li>\n<li>If a student is required, under applicable school regulations, to leave the school during the school year, the entire contractual relationship shall terminate at the end of the month in which the legal impossibility of continuing to attend school is legally established and announced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>4. School Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>School conditions are governed by the provisions of the Hessian School Act applicable to state-recognized alternative schools and the associated regulations.<\/p>\n<p>To be admitted to Steinm\u00fchle High School, students must meet the legal requirements for admission. Admission is conditional until the required proof of measles vaccination is provided. <\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>5. School Tuition<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To attend Steinm\u00fchle High School, you must pay a one-time enrollment fee, tuition, and a meal fee (required for grades 5 and 6). Please visit our website for the current tuition rates: www.steinmuehle.de\/service. <\/li>\n<li>Tuition and meal fees are monthly payments due in advance at the beginning of each month. The school year begins on August 1 and ends on July 31 of the following year. <\/li>\n<li>Invoices are issued in two installments: 5\/12 of the annual premium on August 1, and 7\/12 of the annual premium on January 1. Monthly payments are made either by direct debit or by bank transfer. <\/li>\n<li>If the contracting party falls behind on school fees by an amount equal to or greater than two monthly installments, the school is entitled to terminate the contract without notice. Even in this case, the agreed-upon fees must be paid through the end of the contract term. <\/li>\n<li>The school reserves the right to adjust tuition and meal fees to reflect increased costs.
